We offer all of our full-time employee’s exclusive additional benefits that other staffing firms cannot match.
PAID HOLIDAYS
All full-time employees are eligible for the following paid holidays after 90 days of employment:
- New Year’s Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
PAID VACATION
Employees who work at least 6 months of consecutive employment with Key become eligible for paid vacation time. This vacation can only be taken in full day or weekly increments, and is not prorated upon termination or layoff.
After 6 months of employment 2.5 vacation days are available. After one and two years of employment, one week of vacation is available. Two weeks paid vacation is available after three years of employment, and three weeks’ vacation after 5 years of employment.
If an employee terminates (voluntarily or involuntarily) and finds a new job through Key Technical Solutions within 30 days, all earned benefits will be reinstated and continue.
